Working as the Contractor’s Representative on a large-scale design & build sewerage infrastructure project comprising more than 100 km of network and associated works. Responsible for contract administration, cost and variation management, and commercial risk control under the FIDIC 2017 Yellow Book.

Yardimli Water & Wastewater Infrastructure
Azerbaijan  |  USD 42M  |  2011–2018

Full contract management responsibility under ENAA conditions on a World Bank-financed infrastructure project, including the preparation and submission of three variations with a total value of USD 12M, as well as the Contractor’s claim, which was successfully defended in arbitration. Participated in the arbitration as a member of the Contractor’s legal team and as a key witness.
